Stainless steel perforated pipe is great alternative for exhaust tubing of automotive applications. Owing to its excellent corrosive resistance and overall properties, stainless steel perforated tubing is completely recycled. Perforated stainless steel pipe are manufactured with various shapes of holes - round, slot and square in straight or staggered forms. You can choose lock seam or welded fabrication for your perforated pipe. Hole size can be customized according to your requirement.

1:Punching The Metal Sheet

C:Perforated metal tubes are available in diameter up to 6 in. & lengths up to 30 in

2:Welding Perforated Metal Tube
A:There are two normal Welding TYPES:one is Sprial welding perforated steel tubes and the other one is straight way to make the perforated metal tube.
B:Sprial welding perforated metal tube is more strength than the straight welded perforated tubing.
C:Straight perforated metal tube and sprial welding tubes are both could be as the filter elements.
3:Perforated tubes surface treatment
A:If the material is carbon steel Round Hole Perforated Tube usually we choose elctric galvanizing which could prevent the perforated carbon tube rust and make the tube long life for using.
B:If the material is Perforated Steel Tubing we often to electrolytic polishing which could make the stainless steel filter tubes more beautiful and cleaner.
C:Both the straight welding tube and sprical perforated tubing are also need to polish burrs which could not harm when we use them.
