Prime Quality Black Bright Stainless Steel Bar 201 304 310s Clod Bending
304 stainless steel is non-magnetic and has high corrosion and oxidation resistance to atmospheric, chemical, petroleum, textile and food industry sources.
It has excellent stretchability - the combination of low yield strength and high elongation allows it to be machined into complex shapes.
This austenitic steel welds easily. During welding, chromium carbide may form, which may weaken its corrosion resistance. To overcome this, complete annealing after welding is required to dissolve the chromium carbide. In addition, the austenitic tissue is prone to cracking during welding - this is solved by adding a small amount of ferrite during resolidification.
It has high strength and toughness even at very low temperatures (low temperature).
It has a smooth surface and is easy to clean.
Its polished surface gives it a good gloss and appearance.
It can withstand multiple washes using detergents and household chemical cleaners.
