Southeast Asian Elevator Decoration Project Uses PVD Coated 316Ti

A hotel renovation company needed durable, aesthetic stainless steel plates for elevator cladding. The environment involved frequent cleaning with chemicals, so standard 304 was not suitable. They selected ASTM 316Ti hot rolled stainless steel sheet for its high molybdenum content and titanium stabilization.
Our company supplied 10mm thick plates with PVD gold color coating and hairline finish. The material met ASTM A240 standards. Lead time was 7 days, including PVD coating.
The elevator panels remained scratch-free and color-stable after 18 months of heavy use. The client featured the project in their portfolio, generating 3 new leads for us.
